Collecting opinions and information from customers and staff about various topics (e. g. restaurant survey, delivery service)

The mobile optimized surveys consist of a combination of open and closed questions. Thus, all variations of form input fields are utilized based on the CI of McDonald’s. They are optimized for different browsers and smart phone devices. In the background a database for later analysis is in place.
